VERONICA RICE's Bio
Veronica is a native of St. Louis, MO where she attended parochial and public elementary schools and high schools. After graduating high school, she attended the University of Missouri (Mizzou) as a full time student. However, right before her senior year at the University of MO, she visited Washington, DC and decided to stay. Veronica was hired at George Washington University (GWU) where she worked on both the medical side and the university side. Veronica soon transferred from the University of MO to GWU where she earned an AA in General Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Veronica also has a Master’s in Public Administration from Capella University.
In between school, Veronica has over 10 years of combined education and experience performing administrative and event management support services in the private sector, non-profit, grass-roots and government work environments. Veronica has also dedicated many years volunteering for various causes such as homelessness and other humanitarian organizations. Veronica’s core belief is to be of service and give back to the community. Aside from volunteering, Veronica loves to write, spend time with her friends and her cat Nylah Blue.
