Jennifer Chen's Bio
Jennifer is a local Bethesda resident, graduate of Thomas S. Wootton High School and is currently pursuing an associate degree at Montgomery College. Jennifer’s professional experience includes five years as a Courtesy Clerk at Safeway in Bethesda, a summer as a housekeeping assistant at Kenwood Golf and Country Club and six years as a library page at the Silver Spring Public Library. Jennifer stays active by participating in the Potomac Community Resources basketball program, member of the Weekenders Club with the Montgomery County Therapeutic Recreation program and has been an active bowling athlete with Special Olympics Montgomery County for over 20 years. Jennifer likes to spend time with her family which consists of her parents, brother in San Francisco, CA and sister in North Bethesda, MD.
Jennifer is passionate about volunteering, helping people and learning to live an independent life. She is a current volunteer at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center and a former volunteer usher at Olney Theatre and donor ambassador for the American Red Cross in Rockville.
