Sweat  Potato Casserole 

  1. Cook and mash the sweet potatoes.
  2. Mix the casserole ingredients and transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Make the topping and sprinkle it over the sweet potato mixture.
  4. Bake until the topping is lightly browned.
